Cannot sign in adobe

I cant open my pdfs. It suddenly stopped giving me access. then I mistakenly put in my private email instead of my uni or business one and now it doesn't give me an option to change accounts just prompts me to pay for it all over again. I have two accounts, one for University and a business one but put in the wrong email and now nothing works.
