Cannot submit my document to my employer

Hello, My employer sent me a digital document to sign. However, I attempted several times to complete it and I kept coming across this error that wouldn't let me continue. 
 
"Error message: Unhandled Error: 200131070147063.app-b11"
 
Please let me know how I can fix this, the document has a time restraint.

How are you signing the document? In Acrobat Reader? Browser?
