Cannot upload document to send for signing

I have sent documents out hundred of times.  Now when I try to send a document, I input the email address of the recipient.  Go down to continue, press it.  All of a sudden the email and document is gone and all I can do is upload another document and reinput an email address.  I have made new copies of said document to send, always the same issue where I cannot get adobe to load the document and send.

Any ideas?

Which level of service for Adobe Sign do you have? Individual, Business, Enterprise? Please let us know your workflow. Are you using Adobe Sign from a web browser, from Acrobat, from a mobile app?
