cant sign documents in "waiting for you" in the app

I have done an in person signing, the documents have dropped into "waiting for you"  but the app wont let me sign them i.e. signature box wont appear. When I log in via browser the signature box activates and I can sign them (but I dont want too - I want to use the app!) - help anyone???
