Capability to delete a signed document

Hi,

Archive is effectively an 'upload' facility to store documents in the Adobe servers. It does not relate to the signing mechanism.

Deletion appears to be permanent - I am looking for a way to prevent deletion but have not found or been advised of one so far.

It would seem to be a flaw in the concept of a secure, signed document process.

The alternatives I am looking at are taking copies of signed documents off to a protected alternative store. Option 1 is to email a copy to a secure location which can be set to happen automatically in group defaults. Option 2 is to use the Sharepoint integration to preserve copies (effectively your own file server with controls built in). I am still in progress on these 2 options to determine if they will work.
