case #187440554- i spoke with someone Friday afternoon and have not received a call back...how do I get in contact with someone ASAP

Good Afternoon,

I spoke with someone on Friday and they gave us a case # 187440554, I was told someone would be calling me today to handle this.  I just tried logging in with the log in Lynne@loswillows.com password Letsgetmarried01.  It let me send a document about 20 minutes ago to myself as a test, now we are trying to send contracts out and it is asking to select a plan...

I don’t understand why I let me send a contract earlier today and now it will not let me.  My accounting department has already set up payment.  This is affecting our business and we are unable to send out contracts for signature.  I need to speak with someone today to get this figured out.
