Certification/signature is invalid

I'm fairly new to the eSign service, and have just begun sending applications out for signatures to my clients. The first one I've had returned came back saying "Certification by ___ is invalid" and that the "Signature is invalid" and it listed 3 reasons -- see a screen clip below...

I have no idea why the certification and signature are invalid; when I tested the eSign service with my colleagues (sending, signing and returning to me) it was all fine.

I'm wondering if requiring my signers to use a biometric signature would solve this?

Thanks for any help,

Scott.

Hello Scott,

Did the signer e-signed the document or used digital signatures for signing it? Also, can you inbox me your registered email address along with signer's email and name of document so that I can further check?

Rijul,

I have a similar situation that I don't understand.  I've just sent off my first contract for signature and while my vendor signed the document it indicats "Certification by   is invalid".  Can you please look into my case?
