Change Adobe Sign Initial Box to be "not required" by default

 Just place an initial box on the first page and edit it to "not required".  Then right clic and repeat on all pages, it will copy as not required on all pages.

Could you please share more information on what you mean by initial boxes? Are you referring to the Initials signature field or something else? It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot or the screen recording for a better understanding.
