Change Different Signature Layout - Selfsignature Vs. Signature to one layout for both.

Hello,

when I sign a Document myself, there is no blue linie with date.
Same is when I selfsign a document and send to another one to sign.
My signature has no blue Linie etc. but the signature of the other person has a blue line with the date.

Why is this so?

Can I get also a blue line, etc. for my selfsignature?

My question is only about the layout.
