I sent a document for e-signature to a client today. The document came back signed, but their name is incorrect. The client remarried and has a new name now.
How does she change the name she signs with to her new married name?
If there is a FAQ on this, please refer me to this. I cannot find it. The client is nowhere near me, so I cannot help her in person.

As you have asked above to change the name she signs with, are you trying to change the name on the form that is already signed?
If that is the case, then I am sorry to say that it is not possible to make any changes to the document once it is signed.
You need to send the form again in order to get the signature with the new name.
If you are referring that she needs to change the signature, then we need to check if she has the Adobe Sign account or she just uses it when she gets the document to sign.
