CHANGE EMAIL AND LOST ALL CONTRACTS SAVED

Hello,

I had a problem with my old domain .com and changed my email in the account and my password with the new one .co.uk

Once I done it, I lost all the information and contracts I had saved in my old one, I contacted customer service and they were not able to help by chat, she told me to ask for help in the forum.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

Hi RentEasyLondon,

Please use this link Sign In — e-signature and e-sign Software Solution — Adobe Sign to sign in to your Adobe Sign account.

Check if you can login here with your new email address and the password.

If you are not able to sign in, try with your old email address that you used to log in with.

It might be possible that it is still not changed.

Let us know if you still experience issue in login into your account.

Also, let us know the type of account you have with Adobe Sign.

Hi,

The contracts are still not there.

I cannot log in into the old one anymore. It is telling me to contact

support.

And the new one doesn't have any of my contract.

I urgently need all of the contracts.

This is ridiculous.

I would suggest you contact support to get this issue resolved.

They will check the account details of your Adobe Sign account and will provide the right information.
