Change field properties of multiple fields at once

Hello...I'm very familiar with Adobe Sign, but I can't seem to resolve a very important need - Changing the field designation of multiple fields to a desired signer. I'm uploading a fillable form and need to change over 75 fields to be designated for the sender (prefill). Currently, this has to be done field-by-field which is VERY tedious. I'd imagine there would be a simpler way which entails selecting multiple fields, right clicking, selecting properties, and changing who the field is for (i.e. Sender, Signer/Participant 1, Signer/Participant 2, etc.). I know I can add Adobe Sign "tags" to the fields in Acrobat to designate the different Particpants (i.e. :sender or :signer) then upload the tagged form to Adobe Sign, but that prcoess will also take a bit of time to go into each field and enter a unique field name. So, is there a way to select multiple fields and change the signer designation very quickly?

    To quickly select multiple fields at once, hold the SHIFT key down while selecting with your mouse.

    Hi Jeswong,

    Doing this step you shared does not equate to 'at once' because you still need to select each field (this is what I do at the moment = no choice!). What if you want to select 50 fields in one go? Then you would have to click on your mouse 50 times while holding the shift key down. I don't think this is what 'at once' mean. At once means using a lasso effect that will select all 50 fields in one go. This feature is still NOT available which is very disappointing, to be honest.

      Same here, no answer from any adobe representative and no improvement after 3 years... Assigning roles and editing fields in Docusign is far easier.

        Same here, when is this feature going to be available!!?? Using the mouse to lasso select multiple fields is a highly needed feature, and allowing you to change multiple fields at once is also a huge need! I have a table with a 15x19 grid that assigns all of the participants incorrectly upon upload. Because this feature is lacking I have had to change all 195 table fields manually from participant 1 to participant 2. . . Not cool, please come up with a fix for this ASAP! This has been a huge sticking point for our company ever since we began using Adobe Sign.

          Hi there,

          This is also a very important need for us.

          We are Docusign Customers for 5+ years and we have recently switched to Adobe Sign. 

          Don't get me wrong, there are things we love about Adobe Sign and there are things we love about Docusign.

          Unfortunately, we cannot have these things we love combined in one system or platform.

          This is possible in Docusign so this is a feature we badly miss now that we are using Adobe Sign.

          We cannot even drag multiple fields from one page to another. We have to do this one field at a time which is very cumbersome. Another one is, if we want to copy multiple fields from page 1 and paste them to page 2 until page 20, this is again not possible in Adobe Sign. If you choose multiple fields and right-click, the only option is Delete. I'm wondering why is there no option to Copy?!?
