Change my users e-mail address

I'm trying to change the e-mail of one of my users but it won't allow me to do it.  How can I do this as the administrator?

it depends on how your Adobe Sign account has been setup. if it's a 'legacy' account you can manage users via the bulk create/update users feature:

Create or update users in bulk

If Adobe Sign is managed via the Adobe Admin console, users need to be managed through there, which included updating email addresses.
