If you are trying to change the name visible on the email, please change the name for the Acrobat Sign account. The email will show the name on the account. You may change it from your Acrobat Sign Profile Settings.

If you mean that the name in the email is incorrect, we checked your account using the email address used for the community login. The name on the account seems fine. Please confirm if you are using the same email address for the account. If not, please share the email address with us in a private message so we can check.
