Hi To whom it may concern,

As the title suggests, due to cirmcumstance, the email address that was the adobe ID was changed and all the documents associated with the old email are gone.

Is there anyway to get the documents back or not?

I need to perform a similar task. My old email address is the adobe ID that manages my team.

My email address has changed and I need to log back in to the old adobe account, but cannot reset the password.
