Changes to Templates

Question

I'm not able to save changes made to a template that I've created. It seems that the revisions I make don't save when I'm done and I have tried to log out/in after saving. Adobe doesn't recognize that I've made changes to the fields and even added other fields in the version I save, and reverts back to the old version which is incorrect.

Please share the steps you do to make these changes.

Are you using the desktop application or changing the templates online?
