Changing personal email to business email.

I have an AdobeSign trial account that is linked to the personal ID (email address) and would like to change/create an ID (email address) for the same trial account with a business email. What are the proper steps to do this? BTW I am using Adobe Sign through Dropbox and in the past just changing personal email to business email in settings of the existing Adobe Sign account did not work.

Go to your account page (account.adobe.com/profile), select Profile from the menu on the left, scroll down to Account information and access, and update your primary email address.

 

ETA: wait, when you say that "just changing personal email to business email in settings of the existing Adobe Sign account did not work." is what you were doing what I just told you to do? I haven't worked with Adobe Sign or Dropbox and I admit I assumed that you weren't updating your Adobe profile information.

Cancel what you have (before the trial becomes a paid subscription) and use the ID you want to start a new subscription

I forgot to mention that originally I had a paid subscription with the personal email in question that was canceled and became an ongoing trial subscription ( no need to pay to use it)
