Changing recipient name

Hello!

I've seen variations of this question, but no answers, so I am posing it again. One of my contacts, who has to sign a great many contracts through Adobe sign, recently mentioned that their name is coming up as their nickname rather than their full first name. I can find no way to address this within Adobe sign. Is there a way to fix this? (I went into my email contacts on my mail client and made sure the contact's full name was listed there, but that has not fixed the issue).
