Changing the email address for my Adobe Acrobat Sign Account
Our organization is currently utilizing Adobe Acrobat Sign, and our existing account is registered under the email address sander.eek@hcs-company.com. We would like to update this account to the new email address: sander.eek@eden-akers.com.
Approximately 1.5 years ago, Adobe advised against changing the primary email address on an Acrobat Sign account due to the risk of losing access to previously signed documents (which actually happend, even when working with Adobe Support). Does anyone know if changing the account email is now supported without impacting access to historical signed documents?
