Clickable link in sent agreement

We have a standard agreement we send out for signature. Within that agreement is a link to our terms of service. When sending the agreement out for signature, the recipient isn't able to click the link.

Is there a way to make a clickable link when sending an agreement for signature through adobe sign enterprise.

Thanks!

Hi Layci,

Thank you for reaching out.

When you upload the document in Adobe Acrobat Sign to send it for signature, it flattens the document. Only the form fields are accessible after that.

As you wish to add the link, there is a Hyperlink field under ore fields options. You can use that.

However, the field will not be available with the Acrobat Sign Individual plan. The field will not be available if you use the Individual plan.

For more information on fields, please refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
