Client cannot receive HTML emails- Is there a simple link I can send them instead?

I have a customer who's email client does not properly display adobe sign emails. So far the workaround has been that they forward me the email Adobe sign sends them- which is a whole page of script that looks like garbage text to the untrained eye. I can look through the code and pull out the link to sign, and then send this back to them, but surely we could save a lot of back and forth by simply making that link to sign available to me from the beginning. Then I could just email them the link without jumping through the extra hoop. Even though it's their email client's fault and not mine, it still looks unprofessional to consistently have all-script nonsense pages sent to my customer. Any ideas/help?

Does your client's email program allow for open in browser? That is the obvious solution. Your client could save the email page with an 'htm' suffix and open the file. Plain text editors are an edge case unusual in today's world especially the corporate market that I believe Adobe Sign was designed for. Having said that and until recently a Mailsmth user, I understand the preference for text-based email. Maybe you can ask for it as a feature request.
