Client comment received second day in a row.

And you should let your contact at Echosign know that I could not complete this electronically via my iPhone in either Safari or Chrome.  I got the signature part via cellphone to work but the submit button wouldn't fire and typing method didn't work at all.  Assume Echosign knows the percentage of people who now work off their mobile phones.

WTF?

Aaron, no thanks to Adobe (and big thanks to Google Apps support,) I was finally able to resolve this issue.  The way the document authenticates in the back-end is through the Apps Admin's Google+ profile.  Once I went into the Admin Console, enabled Google+ for the domain, created a + profile for the domain admin, the form auto-filled the signature in the form after I allowed the authentication access in the pop-up window.  Not sure if your situation is in Google Apps, but even if not I would be willing to bet the problem on your end is the account being used to authenticate when opening your form.  Hope this helps!

any update on your end?  what is the point of a support forum if Adobe Support isn't checking and responding to users's posted issues?

Wonder how that went?  I wonder if Adobe staffers check these forums.

I have not heard the results yet. It might be a good idea if the Adobe staff did check these posts from time to time, huh?

My client informed me that he personally knows the CEO of Adobe and will put a bug in his ear today about this glitch.
