Client is Trying to Sign ,it is asking him for a Password.. Doc isn't PW Protected. How Can He Sign?

I sent a client a contract to sign, but it says he must supply a password. I didn't PW protect the document so I have no clue what to send to him so he can complete the signature transaction. 

What am I missing?
