Client signed via Adobe Sign, but didn't get confirmation.

I sent a document out via Adobe Sign. The client has tried to sign it multiple times are I am not receiving it. I went through the process with him. He is using Outlook via the link he received to sign the document. After click on the "Click to Sign" button at the end, it is not processing and he does not get a response and neither do I. Please help! Thank you!
