Cómo incluir varias casillas en un contrato, además de los datos de firma, para que el cliente pueda elegir una sola.

Para cumplir con la nueva normativa europea RGPD tengo que incluir al final del contrato un texto que termina con unos cuadros que indican "SI" o "NO" y el cliente debe elegir uno.

He visto los tutoriales que aparecen en la ayuda de Adobe Sign sobre ¿Cómo se añade una firma y otros campos a un documento? pero creo que los vídeos hacen referencia a la plataforma tal como era antiguamente, porque no consigo encontrar el menú que sale en los vídeos.

¿Me podríais indicar como puedo hacerlo?

Hi Eduardocanelles,

If you are trying to add the text or tables to the document in Adobe Sign, it is not possible.

You can only add the form fields to the already created documents in this application.

You can create the PDF form in Adobe Acrobat DC application and then use that PDF in Adobe sign.

There you can add the form fields to the document and send them for signature.

As you have mentioned above about the help document on how to add a signature and other form fields, it seems that you are referring to creating form fields in Adobe Acrobat DC.

To add the signature and the other form fields, you can take help of the steps mentioned here Field types.

You can also assign the form fields to the recipients using the steps mentioned here Assign form fields to recipients.

Make sure to check the box for "Preview & Add Signature Fields" at the bottom of the Send page in Adobe sign.
