Company name (account setup) - where does it display?

The company name can be changed in the account setup and in the user profil.

I can see that the email sent at the end (PDF of the signed document) has the name of the company of the user profil as the sender.

However I cannot figure out where the 'account setup' company name is displayed.

It's not, it's a setting that is initially inherited by a new user, but can then be overriden on the user profile.
