completed agreement has multiple overlaid characters in data fields. Cant read!

Hi

I have just recieved a completed agreement back and all the data fields have multiple size fonts and text overlaid over the original text so I am unable to read it. It is as if they have typed over the form they have filled and now it has doubled up. It is totally illegible.
