Completed Agreement Still Shows as In Progress

I have 5 agreements that show both participants have completed their actions, but the agreements still show up in the In Progress queue, rather than being moved to the Completed queue. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

Update: these have resolved themselves to Complete with explanation. 

 

Note: there was a parallel issue on 08/19 where 6 documents were missing from the AdobeSign Manage (confirmed they were not hidden and no delete privileges). I was able to validate that they existed prior because I had downloaded copies of the documents with their associated audit reports. These 6 documents also resolved themselves without explanation the following day, as they were now available in the Complete section. All documents impacted by this issue and the one originally noted in this thread appear to be from 08/17/2023 - 08/18/2023.
