Completed E Signed documents are the incorrect orientation

Hello,

I save my e sign documents as portrait orientation and set up the fields accordingly. However, once the document is signed by other party, it is returned in landscape, but the fields stay in portrait. Therefore the inputted information is perpendicular and does not line up correctly on the document.

Thank you for reaching out.

As mentioned, the document was in portrait orientation when you sent it for signature. Could you please share a screenshot of the original document that was used to send for signature and the signed document you have received? It will help us understand the issue better. If you cannot share the screenshot publicly, please share it in a private message.

You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.

You may also try creating a test document with the same steps and sending it to your alternate email address. Record all the steps you do and share the video with us.

We will get this behavior checked.
