Completing esign outside of echosign ... and how to close out the signature workflow

HI there - I have several agreements that were sent for signature, but for various reasons, the users ended up downloading the documents and signing in another software or IRL. I have received these back, but the only way to close out the signature workflow that I can see is to cancel it. I don't want to do that as the rest of the users legitimately signed. 

Any ideas on how to "complete" a workflow that was completed outside of the application?
