Concurrent Approvers

We have just switched to the new Adobe Sign format but I cannot see how you can assign concurrent approvers in the signing process. In the old version you could nominate concurrent approvers for each step (eg 111,2,3,44,5). How is this done in the new format?

Hi Cooljazz63,

Thank you for your patience.

The feature is available in the new version. In the new experience, you can add concurrent approvers using the add group option. When adding a new recipient, you may select Group from the list of options.

Then click on Add members to add multiple recipients in the recipient window.

You can turn on or off the radio button for "All members must complete," depending on whether you require signatures from all or one of the recipients.

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or need help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
