Concurrent signing

Is it possible for signers of the same document to sign at the same time, or do they have to take turns? I have used the "sign in order/don't sign in order" button, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I am new to creating AdobeSign docs and would appreciate any advice you can offer on this topic. Thanks! Cynthia
