Conditional Form Fields

Hi,

Im trying to create a series of conditions based off of a selection from a drop down field on an adobe sign template. Im not sure how to format the conditions to have the fillable fields automatically fill based on the dropdown selection

The main goal if for me to Enter a Business/Entity Name and have the address autofill. If there's an easier option to get that done i'm all ears.
