Conditional Formatting on Business Account vs. Individual Account

I used to be able to set conditional formatting to certain fields, so that certain fields were assigned to certain radio buttons. For example, if the radio button is selected as option 1, then field 1 is required, and field 2 is hidden. Same example, if the radio button is selected as option 2, then field 2 is required, and field 1 is hidden. This is essential when making sure signers complete ALL fields, even if some fields may or may not be required, depending on which option the signer selects.

I USED TO BE ABLE TO set this type of conditional formatting, but now I do not see that option in the tools? What happened? Did Adobe remove that functionality completely, or do I need to upgrade from my Individual Account to a Business Account?

Thank you for your input!
