Conditional Radio Not Working for Adobe Sign Text Tag

I am trying to make a text field appear if user selects the "Yes" radio option value, but it is not working.  This is what I typed:

{{(No)Proceed_es_:signer1}}

{{(Yes)Proceed_es_:signer1}}

{{description_es_:signer1:enableif(Proceed=Yes)}}

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hi Kevin,

The syntax of your tags is correct and works for me in testing.

My initial thought is that you are not on a service level that supports conditional logic.

I may be wrong, but that's the most conspicuous root cause for the problem as described.

Looking at the plans comparison chart, only Business and Enterprise levels of service enable conditional logic.

If you have an Individual or Team level of service, then conditional and calculated fields wont work for you, even when your tags are properly formed.

If you are using a Business or Enterprise level of service:

  • Log in to Adobe Sign
  • Click the question mark at the top right of the screen
    • This opens the Support form
  • Provide the problem (I'd recommend just attaching the whole tagged document in case there are field conflicts)
  • And Support will help troubleshoot the issue.
