Conditional rules with dates

Hi AdobeSign Experts!

I have a requirement that a field be disabled/enabled based on two dates.  Here are the requirement details:

• Enable field if both dates fields are populated and date1 is less than date2
• Disable field if either date isn't populated or date1 is not less than date2

This looks too complicated for a regular conditional rule.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
