Hi,

I’m configuring Echosign for NetSuite. I'm using a trial account for testing.

I've created an API application in Adobe.

After installing the bundle in NetSuite,  I've configured the Adobe eSign services config here:

I've changed OAuth to :

https://secure.echosign.com/public/oauth?

redirect_uri=https://system.netsuite.com/app/center/card.nl&

response_type=code

&client_id=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

&scope=user_login:self+agreement_send:account

where XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is the Client_id generated when i created an application API in Adobe.

When I Click on "Login with Adobe eSign", I do not have any error messages or notification about successful Login. But, when I send a document for Signature through NetSuite, i get the error message below:

Access token provided is invalid or has expired.

If you already have an Adobe eSign services account, please contact your account administrator.

I've added the access token of my application API to my NetSuite General preferences. It still does not work.

Could you please suggest a solution to this issue?
