Configuring the eSign Services Solution for Automatic Status Updates (Dynamics CRM)

How often does eSign send updates back to CRM? I have agreements that have been signed almost 24 hours but CRM still shows them as "Sent". If I manually update the agreement, it updates to "Signed", but manually updating defeats the purpose of automatic updates.

Please try again, we do automatically updating the status every 30 seconds.  But when we update the server or network it may take longer.
