Confirm email address was assigned to correct signature field

Hi Lindsayk,

Sorry for the delay in response.

You can check the form sent for signature under the Manage tab.

However, you will not be able to view assigned form fields. It will be visible only at the signer's end.

To check the form, sign in to your Adobe Sign account and go to the "Manage" tab.

Then go to "Out for signature" and click on it. Select the document from the list.

You can view the document in the preview pane at right.
