Conga Composer: "Error while contacting Adobe Sign Servers"

It doesn't happen everytime... but very often, I receive this message in Conga Composer:
"Error While contacting Adobe Sign Servers"

 

I cleared the cookies, closed the browser, and even restarted my computer... But it keeps showing up. The agreement is generated, but Conga doesn't move to Adobe by itself and the File is not uploaded either...
