Conga Composer V8 and Adobe Sign V24 Salesforce Integration &ESignTemplateId Parameter not working

We learned that there is an issue when we tried to upgrade to Adobe V24 .  Apparently the Coga paramenter that allows you to call a specific Adobe Sign Template Id  does not work!   This is refrenced in  Conga issue
CM-4622 Send for E-Signature in Adobe Sign integration with Composer using the ESAgreementTemplateID parameter redirects to the home page and fails to send the email.

 I am following up with Conga this week,   but I wonder if other users with Conga and Adone Sign have experienced this issue and have any workaround - 

Is there another way to specify an Adobe Sign template when passing the pdf to Sign ??
