Connecting Adobe Sign to Power Automate / Flow

We have a form we are trying to connect through power automate and Sign.  The flow checker says Adobe Sign has an invalid connection and the connection eventually times out.  The account is an enterprise account but is getting this error.  Although the status is currently green, is anyone experiencing any issues with connecting power automate, forms, and Adobe Sign?

    Bonjour,

    J'ai eu le même souci: compte professionnel mais connection invalide avec microsoft power automate. Finalement après avoir eu le service technique, ils m'ont réinitialiser le mot de passe ce qui a résolu le problème.
