connecting adobe sign to power automate issue

Hello,

Do I need to be an admin to be able to connect adobe sign to an app I created and tied to a flow?  I'm receiving "create and authorize OAuth connection failed".  I have tried all 3 possible sign-in options and get this far:

 

If I close that window above I receive the error mentioned above.

I have the same issue. I tried with different accounts, but Im not able to get the auth, it just redirects me to my Adobe Sign profile and Connection fails due to timeout or invalid ouath because the page didnt returns the code to Microsof flow

 

Please help
