Contract has been signed, but not released from system

One of our contracts is stuck in the AdobeSign system and Support aren't offering any support.  

 

It has been signed by both parties, but has not been sent on.  Please see attached screen shots. 

 

This is the first time this has happened and we have no idea how to resolve it, as it is a tech issue with the AdobeSign system.  I use Safari, the same browser I have always used successfully with the system...

 

Please help!

Hi Emma,

 

As the document is signed but has not been sent, could you please check the document history if  you are the sender of the document.

In the Manage tab, go to Out for signature and select the document from the list. Then click on History tab provided at the right hand side of the Adobe Sign window. Then scroll down to heck the latest entery provided there. It will show hwere exactly the document is stuck.

 

Let us know what is shows there.
