Contract not being received

Same problem for me. The first email sending seems to disapear in the nature for all the documents sent (no one receive the mail and there is nothing in spam directories of recipients). I must each time send a recall to transfer with success the message and the document to be signed. Quite curious! Someone have an idea to solve this issue?

Have you tried sending a contract to an address you have control of so you can see if it works at all? For other people there can be issues with regard to spam settings and/or forwarding.
