Contracts permanently in sync with error message.
Some agreements of an employee could not be executed successfully and are stuck in sync permanently ("Signed agreements are synchronized...(3)).
The sync of these agreements can also no longer be deleted.
When clicking on the affected agreements the following error message appears:
This transaction was not successful due to a server error. The request could not be completed. Invalid Value provided in x-signing-token-header
The colleague is using AdobeSign on the iPad.
Unfortunately, we do not know what to do now. We would really appreciate some help. And is there any way to get support from Adobe directly?
