Contracts sent thru Adobesign are going to recipients junk mail

I work the State of Tennessee and we have loved using Adobesign to get contracts signed quickly. However, lately many contracts that need to be signed are going to the receipent''s junk folder. 

 

How can we correct this?

Please ask the recipient to add echosign@echosign.com to their Safe sender/white list.
