Contradicting Status for AdobeSign document

I have a document that appears in my list of "In Progress" documents with a status of "Out for Signature."

However, in actuality, the document has been fully signed, and when selecting the line items to look at the details it shows a status of "Signed." That is the correct status becuase all the required signatures have been completed. Yet it continues to appear in my progress view as "Out for Signature." How can I resolve this so that the status levels match, and the document can be moved to my "Completed" view?
