Corporate Email Accounts registered with Adobe Acrobat Pro -- Can't sign up users into the Sign

Our entire organization utilzie Acrobat Pro and we have our corporate email accounts registered with that Admin Portal.   We are adding the Acrobat Sign service and we unable to add our corporate email addresses because they are already registered.   

Is there a way to add this service?
