Hi,

I asked for access to adobe sign to my IT department. They gave me access but when I try to use it I have an error message: 

Corporate sign-on failed. Please contact your account administrator.

My IT department asked me to post my issue here. This is my second post because my first one published two weeks ago has no response!!!

Can you please help me
